Senior Brand Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Global In-house Brand Studio as a Senior Brand Designer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand's essence, influencing its visual identity, and contributing to the growth of our rapidly expanding brand. We are seeking someone with a natural ability to inspire others through their visual creations and a genuine passion for creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Creative Director to create visually engaging content for brand communications and campaigns.
• Develop original and impactful graphics for various media platforms, including campaign visuals, video storyboards, social media, and print.
• Engage in visual ideation processes from inception to execution, effectively communicating design concepts within the team.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the brand's presence in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across different channels while continuously evolving designs.
• Design partner content, ensuring alignment with brand standards, especially within the sports industry.
• Research and implement AI-assisted visuals to meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with different teams to design assets for various channels and projects on an international scale.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills and conceptual abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a quick learning ability and a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic design tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work.
• Attention to detail, strong determination, and the ability to visually captivate audiences.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is a plus.
• Understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is advantageous.
