Your Responsibilities:
As a key driver of our growth efforts in Asia, you will spearhead the development of Circle's ecosystem and strategic partnerships in the region. Taking ownership of objectives (OKRs), you will lead partnership pipeline development, partner qualification, and deal closure activities. Managing top partners in the region, your focus will be on delivering exceptional account service and building a data-informed, high-velocity business model for sustainable success within our ecosystem. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and Circle leadership will be crucial in navigating market shifts and resource allocation for maximum impact. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, mentoring, and fostering a high-performing business development team.

- Contribute significantly to the business development strategy for transforming value exchange in the region
- Lead and oversee business development with prominent regional platforms in APAC
- Utilize key metrics for pipeline forecasting and management
- Drive strategic deal closures and secure key business opportunities

Your Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in business development or related roles
- 7+ years of experience in cultivating strategic partnerships within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services sectors
- Proficiency in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Extensive leadership experience in business development
- Strong capabilities in pipeline management and deal forecasting
- Comfort with early-stage building and process improvement
- Affinity for fast-paced environments and customer-centric approach
- Willingness to travel for work (30-50%, varies seasonally)
- Mandarin language skills preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite platforms
