About The Role
Immutable is in a rapid expansion phase within new markets, partners, and product lines. We seek a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager for the Americas region to spearhead revenue growth in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of the most commercially significant gaming region globally and establish a multi-million dollar business from the ground up. As the lead, you will identify, pitch, and secure valuable partnerships with top game studios and publishers in the Americas for integration with Immutable's innovative products. You will have complete autonomy to drive the go-to-market strategy, experiment with winning approaches, and compete in a dynamic and competitive industry. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys building from scratch, works independently, and thrives on experiencing the direct impact of their efforts.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Formulating and closing major commercial partnerships with prominent game studios and publishers across North America and LATAM
- Developing and managing a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Overseeing the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the region, from market segmentation and outreach to negotiation and contract finalization
- Representing Immutable at crucial industry events, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and amplifying our market presence
- Providing valuable insights and customer feedback to influence product, engineering, and marketing strategies
- Executing disciplined deal cycles through accurate forecasting, CRM management, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with senior leadership to expand strategies and identify new growth directions as the region scales
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development or sales within gaming, tech, advertising platforms, or high-growth startups
- Demonstrated success in managing complex deals with $1m+ total contract value
- Proven experience in building pipelines from scratch with clear ownership of revenue outcomes
- Autonomous mindset, driving results independently with strategic acumen and superior communication skills
- Strong operational skills in CRM, revenue forecasting, and sales execution
- Quick learner adaptable to new products, monetization models, and market segments
- Energetic, competitive spirit aiming for meaningful contributions to the company's growth journey
