Senior Campaigns Manager (Developer Marketing)

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Developer Marketing Manager to drive demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution of product marketing initiatives, including product launches and awareness campaigns aimed at engaging our target audience and developers in particular.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies for Web3 Services to effectively engage the target audience.
- Create awareness and drive adoption of product offerings through strategic campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams to align on strategies and objectives.
- Design and execute marketing plans tailored to product goals and OKRs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of developer demand generation initiatives against established goals and KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and within the developer community.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of Developer Marketing or Product Marketing experience.
- Expertise in product launches, marketing to developers, and crypto industry knowledge.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and adoption at scale.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent collaboration skills to engage cross-functional leaders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ownership and accountability for key projects and product launches.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with tools like 6S***, S**mic, H*bS**, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for work.
- Fluency in oral and written English; bilingualism is a plus.

This role is open to day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates. Compensation is determined based on various factors and includes equity, benefits, and a discretionary vacation policy. Immediate pay range is $160,000 - $207,500 with an annual bonus target of 17.5%. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ten paid sick days per year, and eleven paid holidays annually in the U.S.
