We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Global Brand Studio as a Senior Motion Designer. In this role, you will play a key part in defining our brand's identity, influencing storytelling, and contributing to the growth of an expanding brand.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging motion graphics for brand communication and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, and Producers on motion content creation.
- Develop storyboards to visualize creative concepts and storytelling sequences.
- Produce animatics showcasing proof of concept through storyboard frames and title cards.
- Undertake post-production tasks such as video editing, color correction, and compositing.
- Maintain and evolve brand motion styles and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating new techniques into motion graphics workflow.
- Ensure brand consistency across various channels, driving design enhancement.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in collaboration with an international team spanning different time zones.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in motion design studios or in-house creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing skills.
- Expertise in motion design software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and skills to engage audiences through motion content.
- Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI motion/image generation is advantageous.
- Ability in music editing and sound design is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a quick learning pace.
- Independent work capability in a fast-paced environment.
