About the Opportunity
Join our established global content team as a Content Designer and contribute to impactful content initiatives that effectively guide users through our products. You will leverage data, insights, and user feedback to infuse human voices into problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys. Your responsibilities will include generating ideas, validating directions with customers, owning content quality, and advocating for strategic decisions that enhance the overall product experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and develop user-centric solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Utilize data, insights, and user feedback to humanize problem statements, product interfaces, and user journeys
- Rapidly generate ideas and collaborate with customers to validate directions
- Participate in design critiques and engage with product leadership to refine work
- Ensure end-to-end content quality and maintain brand consistency across products
- Advocate for the content design perspective in product development to improve the overall user experience
- Collaborate with various teams to balance user needs with business goals while driving consensus
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in UX writing, product content strategy, content design, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful writing examples and your contribution to meaningful improvements
- Aptitude for addressing complex problems decisively and inspiring design and product teams
- Commitment to maintaining and evolving content standards for consistency
- Knowledge of content strategy, content design, and information architecture concepts
- Understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating with localization teams and translators for multilingual content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing content for fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products
- Familiarity with working across global offices and time zones
- Fluent in Mandarin

Our offered salary range for this role is $160,000 to $238,000, alongside performance bonuses and long-term incentives based on qualifications, skills, experience, and market location.
