We are seeking individuals with strong content creation skills to support Binance Square in content development, video production, and initiatives for creator growth. Ideal candidates should possess a keen eye for content, proficient bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, and a genuine interest in internet content creation and the cryptocurrency industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on planning, producing, and releasing graphic and short video content to enhance content growth and user engagement for Binance Square.
• Engage in content topic selection, script organization, video capturing, and basic editing to enhance overall content performance and dissemination efficiency.
• Monitor basic content performance metrics.
• Support in communicating with creators or partners regarding daily content and execution tasks.
• Stay updated on content platform trends, short video formats, and creator ecosystems to offer practical content recommendations.

Requirements:

• Preference given to recent graduates or current students with experience in content creation, video production, or new media.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
• Exhibit a strong sense of content aesthetics and internet trends, along with familiarity with mainstream content platforms and dissemination strategies.
• Willingness to be on camera and participate in video content creation; proficiency in basic editing is beneficial.
• Proven aptitude for execution, quick learning capabilities, effective time management, and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and ability to engage seamlessly with various types of creators.
• Interest in the crypto industry, Web3, or creator economy is advantageous.
