As a valuable team member within the growth department, the Senior CRM Manager will drive email marketing strategies and push notification campaigns to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include developing and executing engaging campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to support the company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of email campaigns to drive user growth with personalized and compelling content.
- Develop visually appealing emails that resonate with the target audience and effectively convey messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract new customers and ensure long-term user engagement.
- Utilize data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive higher conversion rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with strategic objectives and brand identity.
- Monitor campaign performance, derive valuable insights, and suggest enhancements for future initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis to segment users and customize messaging for different target audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within the crypto or fintech sectors (trading experience is a bonus).
- Profound understanding of crypto markets and the ability to integrate this knowledge into marketing strategies.
- Strong creative, strategic, and results-driven approach with excellent project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in email platforms (like Iterable) and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, collaborate across teams, and meet project deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional language proficiency in Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, or Spanish is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Data Literacy and SQL skills is a plus.
