Job Responsibilities

• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to meet the data and feature engineering requirements of the organization.
• Manage feature data preparation, transformation, validation, and monitoring for machine learning systems.
• Collaborate closely with algorithm, product, and business teams to convert business needs into reliable data and feature solutions.
• Lead the development of essential data infrastructure and feature platforms, using data-driven strategies to maximize business impact.
• Ensure data quality, stability, and performance in offline and online feature pipelines.
• Identify data gaps and optimization opportunities, determining success metrics in collaboration with Product and Business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, encompassing large-scale data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and Scala at an expert level.
• Strong familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hive, Flink, or similar distributed systems.
• Knowledge of the machine learning feature lifecycle, covering both offline training features and online serving features.
• Experience working with data warehouses and feature stores is advantageous.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
