About the role:

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for diverse digital platforms like social media, websites, and videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging motion design solutions.
• Mentor and support junior designers to enhance team skills and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative motion design technologies for project enhancement.
• Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with brand standards and exceeding expectations.
• Provide creative input, understand project requirements, and ensure design solutions meet business needs.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.
• Create visually appealing content using AI tools.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital, design, or agency settings.
• Proficient portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing visually striking motion graphics.
• Familiarity with content creation for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools.
• Strong grasp of design principles, composition, and storytelling through motion.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative ideas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team interactions.
• Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• Updated on design trends and a passion for digital innovation.
• Knowledge in fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
