Senior Designer (2D/3D Motion)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative Growth Team. As a senior team member, you will lead the development and delivery of captivating motion graphics that enhance our brand and engage millions of audiences across various digital platforms. We are looking for a seasoned motion design expert with a strong storytelling ability through visuals. This position allows for remote work, enabling effective collaboration from any location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital platforms like social media, websites, and video content.
• Collaborate with the Growth team and other departments to produce visually compelling motion design solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their development and sharing industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, provide creative input, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Create engaging visuals and content utilizing AI Tools.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital, design, or agency environments.
• Demonstrated experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually compelling motion graphics.
• Familiarity with creating impactful content for social media platforms.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience or knowledge of AI Tools.
• Strong design and motion fundamentals, with excellent composition and storytelling skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to introduce innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present and discuss design concepts.
• Previous leadership experience in guiding junior designers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date with design trends and a passion for digital innovation.
