Role Overview

As a Senior Designer - Growth, you will lead the creative production efforts for advertising, B2B partnerships, and social platforms, maintaining high-quality standards while driving scalability.

In this role, you will not only design but also strategize to amplify creative impact. You will streamline workflows, optimize production processes, and manage both internal and external creative resources to ensure that every delivered asset contributes to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the production of a high volume of creative assets for paid ads, game partnerships, and social media in various formats
• Optimizing creative workflows and resource allocation for efficient turnaround times
• Managing external contractors and agencies to escalate asset production while upholding brand integrity and creative excellence
• Establishing creative guidelines and playbooks for consistent deliverables
• Analyzing creative performance using data-driven insights to enhance asset effectiveness

• Demonstrated experience in rapid design roles
• Strong operational and process-oriented mindset focused on scalability and efficiency
• Expertise in creative direction and quality control across multiple formats
