The Trading Infrastructure team is developing a cutting-edge Trading Platform tailored for multi-asset trading. This platform prioritizes low-latency execution, robust risk controls, and seamless integration across various trading functions.
The platform is constructed with a modular architecture featuring core components like market data feeds, order gateways, execution algorithms, risk engines, UI dashboards, middle office reconciliation, and account infrastructure. The team focuses on event-driven, deterministic system design, real-time observability, and high-level security.
The technology stack comprises Java for low-latency operations, Python, Web UI technologies (React/Ag-Grid), Aeron, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tooling with automation, scalability, and performance as core tenets. AI-powered tools are also utilized to enhance efficiency and quality throughout the development process.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure for trading systems, involving CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, and runtime environments.
- Administer and optimize databases such as AWS Aurora, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse.
- Automate provisioning and configuration of EC2 instances and related resources using Ansible and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Ensure secure and stable environment by following best practices for VPC design, IAM governance, and secret management.
- Create and maintain system metrics and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Establish and enforce GitHub repo and branching standards across development teams.
- Drive cost-effective infrastructure utilization through monitoring, optimization, and cost control strategies.
- Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery processes for critical systems.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE for high-availability, real-time systems.

- Solid knowledge of ClickHouse and PostgreSQL with additional familiarity in kdb+ or InfluxDB.
