About The Role 🤔:
As a Senior Digital Asset Analyst, your main responsibility will involve effectively managing digital assets within our operations. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Assets Operations Manager and the Tokenomics team to handle financial operations, accounting, modeling, process enhancements, and analysis tasks.
This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your financial and analytical skills in a dynamic and innovative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing digital assets held by Immutable and its partner entities.
- Take the lead on financial planning and analysis for tokens and digital assets, including reconciliations, budgeting, and supply tracking.
- Identify growth opportunities for tokens by providing meaningful insights through data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics to support informed financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to enhance scalability within the Tokens department.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes and frameworks to enable optimal leverage of tokens for achieving growth objectives while ensuring effective risk management and governance.
- Contribute to strategy development and create playbooks for digital asset management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a similar role involving data-intensive operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration, economics, math, engineering).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BigQuery.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

This role is part of the Tokens Team, which is responsible for managing a substantial value of tokens to incentivize user engagement and support product growth. The team's mission is to create incentives that benefit participants in the program, token holders, and the company.
