Job Responsibilities
- Conducting pricing, execution, and hedging activities to support trading operations across various crypto products using automated trading systems.
- Expanding automated trading operations to encompass new products and markets, optimizing performance through calibration and refinement.
- Engaging in research and backtesting activities to enhance pricing and execution algorithms.
- Monitoring daily market trends, risk exposure, profit and loss analysis, and generating relevant reports.
- Performing post-trade analysis on trading strategies and algorithm effectiveness.
- Collaborating with trading developers to enhance pricing, execution, and trade logic.
Job Requirements
- Holding a Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, quantitative finance, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with at least 5 years of trading experience.
- Demonstrating critical thinking skills and a dedication to continual improvement.
- Possessing exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities with a strong focus on detail and efficiency.
- Proficient in Python with a strong desire to enhance technical competencies.
