Product Offering:
Ledger’s flagship product, Ledger Live, is an application designed to manage blockchain-backed assets. Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join the Wallet Experience business unit at Ledger. In this role, you will be part of the Live Hub squad, focusing on creating and maintaining the user interface for portfolio and account management within Ledger Live Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the desktop and mobile development of Ledger Live Applications from a technical perspective.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, designers, and product teams within Ledger Live.
- Propose and implement technical solutions, prioritize quality, and adhere to best practices.
- Develop new features while following testing best practices, from unit to end-to-end testing.
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure the quality of Ledger's UI/UX framework.
- Mentor team members, foster technical growth, and maintain high standards within the team.
- Contribute to Open Source projects housed in ledger-live monorepo and share knowledge internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js development principles.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices in software development.
- Experience in testing strategies and maintaining code quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with React Native and/or Electron platforms.
- Knowledge of Web3 concepts and technical stacks.
- Experience in managing libraries of shared components.
