Senior Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a seasoned Full-stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various innovative projects closely related to our core business activities. These projects are swiftly bootstrapped with a lean team. Your role will involve active participation in crafting scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake full stack development tasks, suggest architectural solutions, take part in design processes, conduct design reviews, perform code reviews, and implement products that bridge the gap between business requirements and end-users.
• Prototype new ideas in collaboration with the team.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, exploring and experimenting with diverse technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within extensive backend systems and mobile platforms.
• Document all code and functionalities thoroughly.
• Collaborate with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance technology stacks for long-term engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full stack software development experience.
• Enthusiasm for creating high-quality products that address real-world challenges.
• Proficient across various technologies, self-driven, quick to learn, and possess a proactive attitude towards task completion.
• Demonstrated ability to accept and integrate superior ideas, willingness to enhance existing processes, and open to new challenges and possibilities.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, adept at balancing conflicting stakeholder requirements.
• Understanding of Blockchain technology is a plus.
• Competent in handling scalability, security, and performance considerations.
• Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) is advantageous (e.g., Swift, Java, Kotlin).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and technologies (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux).
• Knowledge of server-side programming languages (e.g., Golang, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
