Senior Full-Stack Developer - Backend Team

We are seeking an innovative individual to join our team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software features for the crypto.com application. As a Full-stack Developer, you will be deeply involved in creating scalable applications spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend infrastructure. You will play a vital role in providing enhanced on/off-ramp capabilities for multiple currency rails in various countries.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the development of web client, backend services, and operational components, making architectural decisions, contributing to designs, conducting design reviews, coding, and implementing products that bridge platforms for both developers and end-users.
• Expand retail trading products to new regions and countries while supplying reliable and responsive trading information streams to customers.
• Offer technical operational support to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Drive innovation within projects by remaining receptive to new technologies and fostering a culture of experimentation.
• Solve complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure and manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the web client development team to enhance the technology stack for future engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess a keen interest in developing top-tier products to address real-world challenges, be versed in various technologies, exhibit self-motivation, possess quick learning abilities, and demonstrate a proactive mindset.
• Display humility in accepting superior ideas from others, exhibit a desire to improve processes, remain open to challenges and opportunities, and showcase strong organizational and interpersonal skills to juggle competing requirements from different stakeholders.
• Possess understanding in financial domain knowledge and familiarity with Blockchain technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.JS, Next.JS, and Node.JS for full-stack positions, showcasing expertise in designing and developing high-performing, accessible, and visually precise user interfaces across varying form factors.
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies to ensure high-quality product deliveries.
• Proficiency in Ruby; experience in Golang would be advantageous.
