Senior Full-Stack Developer - Backend Team

We are a collaborative team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various ventures projects that are closely related to our core businesses. As a valued member of our team, you will play an integral role in designing diverse components for scalable applications, ranging from frontend UI to backend infrastructure, with a specific focus on providing improved seamless transactions for multiple currency rails worldwide.

As a Full-stack Developer, your primary responsibilities will involve designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for new fiat wallet projects that complement our core business operations. You will actively engage in designing scalable application components from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in a spectrum of development tasks including web client, backend service and operation development, and contributing to architectural decisions and designs.
• Develop retail trading products and facilitate their expansion into new regions, offering reliable and responsive trading information.
• Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Act as the project owner, promoting innovation by exploring new technologies and fostering an environment of experimentation.
• Identify and address complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain robust documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the web client development team to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• Passion for developing top-quality products that solve real-world challenges, proficient in various technologies, self-driven, quick learner, and outcome-focused.
• Willingness to accept input from others for better outcomes, proactive in improving processes, and open to challenges.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflicting requirements from various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial domain or Blockchain technology is beneficial.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.JS, Next.JS, and Node.JS as a Full-Stack Developer. Extensive experience in designing and building performant, accessible, and visually precise user interfaces across different device sizes.
• Thorough understanding of testing methodologies to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Proficiency in Ruby, plus experience with Golang is an advantage.
