Senior Fullstack Developer (Exchange/Trading Platform)

As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and enhancing software for critical verticals such as Exchange, Finance, and Trading. You will work closely with a lean team to rapidly prototype and deliver essential projects essential to the core business. Your responsibilities will include front-end and full-stack development, proposing architectural decisions, creating distributed web applications, and collaborating on scalable application designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in the development of front-end and full-stack applications, proposing and reviewing designs, creating prototypes, and actively contributing towards scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of projects, exploring new technologies, and driving innovation within the team.
• Identify and address complex issues in backend infrastructure, mobile, and web platforms.
• Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
• Collaborate with DevOps and other team members to enhance the tech stack for sustainable engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Solid experience in FX, Crypto, or Equities electronic trading.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Trading UI.
• Understanding of architectural principles for single-page web applications.
• Familiarity with Blockchain technology would be advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in containerized development and impactful deployment with tools like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js and Vue.js, and server-side programming languages like Golang and Node.js.
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality products that solve real-world issues.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and embrace collaborative work dynamics with humility.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React Native, backend for frontend architectures, and microservice development.
• Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization practices.
