Senior Graphic Designer

As a part of the Brand team, you will collaborate extensively with the Marketing department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop various digital assets, illustrations, and print materials to elevate our brand presence and showcase our products effectively. We are seeking a proactive and collaborative team player who is adept at innovation and creativity.

This role is based in Brisbane and follows a hybrid working model. You will work two days per week in our Milton office, with the flexibility to choose between working from home or the office for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively on creating engaging visual content to support online and offline marketing efforts.
• Generate innovative and high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and stay current with design trends.
• Contribute to brand and marketing strategy sessions through concept development and planning.
• Design a range of brand materials for various purposes, both internally and externally.
• Develop website UI designs optimized for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Create product mockups for digital and print materials, such as ads, social media graphics, and website imagery.
• Organize and manage design files for easy access and archiving within the design team.

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for branding and design, with an awareness of evolving trends and technologies.
• Ability to work seamlessly across teams and prioritize team goals over individual achievements.
• Keen interest in design-led content advertising and a drive to innovate in a dynamic media landscape.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a bonus for knowledge in motion design.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration within a team while executing tasks independently.
• Proactive work approach with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
