Senior Growth Marketing Manager — Ukraine

Binance, a prominent player in the global blockchain space and home to the largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and user base worldwide, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Ukraine. This role will involve spearheading growth initiatives in one of Binance's key markets, necessitating a hands-on, data-driven marketer with a knack for user acquisition, lifecycle management, and innovative growth strategies to uphold Binance's preeminent status in the crypto sphere in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Drive user growth and reactivation by implementing unique activations to engage and revive the existing user base.
• Explore new avenues for user growth through inventive approaches like new product offerings, interactive features, A/B testing, and lifecycle enhancements.
• Enhance the end-to-end user journey from visit to registration, KYC, depositing, and trading to augment business conversion rates.
• Execute educational and bonus-driven campaigns to promote user engagement.
• Design, test, and refine paid acquisition campaigns across web and app platforms.
• Conduct ASO/SEO experiments and manage retargeting campaigns.
• Take ownership of Ukrainian OKRs, regularly updating the Marketing and Operations teams on metric progress and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Growth, Digital, or Performance Marketing, preferably in industries like crypto, tech, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Acquisition, Retention, Paid Ads, ASO/SEO, Analytics, and CRM/email marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and take ownership with an analytical and data-driven approach, including hands-on experience with A/B testing and product optimization.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and strong proficiency in English.
• Keen interest in crypto/blockchain/fintech and a dedication to staying informed about industry trends.

Nice to Have:

• Background in gambling, betting, or gaming industries with established growth strategies.
• Prior experience in crypto marketing or fintech products.
