Senior HR Business Partner

We are currently in search of a proficient and strategic HR Business Partner to extend support across various teams on a global scale.

This position offers flexibility in terms of location within APAC/MENA time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different functions to provide HR solutions that align with business objectives.
• Engage with specialized teams to resolve HR-related issues such as organizational design, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent development, and employee concerns to promote the efficient growth of expanding functions.
• Contribute to global HR initiatives and refine processes as part of the HR team.
• Offer coaching and consultations to ensure HR compliance and influence clients positively towards business advancement.
• Foster improved work relationships, enhance morale, boost productivity, and drive employee retention by working closely with management and staff.
• Consult, provide guidance, and drive enhancements within assigned teams.
• Advise on department structure, workforce planning, and succession planning for a rapidly growing team.
• Act as the liaison between the HR and business teams to deliver day-to-day HR support to the business.

Requirements:

• Possess 7-15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the Tech and/or Crypto sectors.
• Business-level proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous for seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong background in organizational design, talent development, performance management, business consulting, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and various HR-related areas.
• Extensive expertise in people programs and best practices, with a proven track record of implementing scalable HR solutions to meet business needs.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws, preferably in multiple regions.
• Proficient in HR operations including onboarding, performance evaluation, and managing employee workload balance.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with senior leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment characterized by evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Known for integrity, strong work ethic, and a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
