Description
The Exchange team is responsible for developing and maintaining an advanced trading platform, catering to clients globally. The team's objective is to offer a seamless and secure trading experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement products and solutions for the derivatives exchange platform, utilizing micro-service based components.
- Collaborate with the product management team to optimize existing models/algorithms and develop new ones.
- Conduct code audits, tests, and releases.
- Create a deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues in backend infrastructure and platforms.
- Address cross-stack problems effectively.
- Work with the security team to build high-security infrastructure and backend services.
- Manage all code and implementation documents.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance the technology stack continually.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience programming in Java.
- Ideally worked at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund, or Exchange developing trading applications in equity, FX, or derivative products.
- Proficient in TDD methodology and automated testing.
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible for tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced industry.
- Experience with derivative products is advantageous.
