Description
We are a team dedicated to creating, enhancing, and maintaining software for various projects closely related to our core businesses, executed rapidly with a compact team. Your role will involve contributing actively to the design and development of different elements in scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop backend systems, make architectural decisions, and engage in the design phase.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release operations.
- Build a rapid deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration, and seamless delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues on backend infrastructure and platforms.
- Analyze and solve challenges across the technology stack.
- Collaborate with the security team to construct and manage a highly secure, scalable backend infrastructure.
- Organize all code and functional implementation documentation.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to continuously enhance the technology stack.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in system design and development, with the ability to independently manage requirement analysis, system design, code development, and optimizing product quality and system performance.
- Proficient in Java programming, with a deep understanding of JVM, Java concurrent programming, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with middleware tools like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Prior experience in developing large-scale trading or operational systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
