(Senior) Java Developer (MainApp/Reward + feature) (copy)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team working on the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for various projects closely aligned with our core businesses. These involved ventures are initiated efficiently with a lean team. As a key member, you will actively contribute to crafting scalable applications by engaging in the design of diverse components spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Undertake full stack development, including proposing architectural decisions, collaborating on designs, code review, implementation, testing, and release activities.
• Construct and maintain a robust platform for derivatives trading systems focused on high performance, availability, capacity, supportability, and adaptability.
• Establish a deployable system with automated testing and continuous integration for swift turnarounds, identifying and implementing solutions for complex backend infrastructure challenges.
• Work on challenging cross-stack problems in collaboration with the security team, operations, and infrastructure.
• Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
• Design and deploy solutions for complex issues in large-scale platforms.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance the tech stack for long-term engineering projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Java within a UNIX/Linux environment.
• Experience in developing low latency, GC-free, large-scale systems; familiarity with responsive programming and websocket development is beneficial.
• Expertise in optimizing applications, enhancing performance, and improving fault tolerance.
• Sound knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices in automated testing.
• Preference for experience in microservices design, development, and deployment.
• Familiarity with modern development methodologies like agile development, test-driven development, and scrum.
• Strong English communication skills.
