Senior Java Engineer - Payment

Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem driving the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for talented individuals to join their Pay & Card team. This team is committed to revolutionizing digital payments through cutting-edge crypto solutions, making transactions seamless and accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, develop, and implement various financial products like wallets, payment gateways, cash rebates, and merchant management systems.
• Lead the development of large-scale software systems that directly impact millions of users' daily lives.
• Create open API features for core financial products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to design and implement features supporting the payment system.
• Carry out tasks such as performance tuning, troubleshooting online incidents, and system refactoring.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in core Java and knowledgeable about the spring framework.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL DB.
• Experienced in distributed system design, including knowledge of at least one messaging middleware.
• Strong cross-team communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in spring cloud and microservice design.
• Background in the Fin-Tech industry along with related domain experience.
• Experience or interest in developing backends, APIs, libraries, and SDKs.
• Skilled in performance tuning on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
• Previous experience in global team management.
