Responsibilities
- Strategize and optimize HubSpot alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to establish and enhance marketing operations and insights, elevating the marketing operations framework, automation processes, and reporting to drive company growth.
- Streamline campaign processes related to lead and data capture, task assignments, notifications, and other workflows.
- Develop comprehensive reports for analyzing vital key performance indicators such as marketing channel efficacy, funnel conversion rates, and other critical metrics.
- Construct an attribution model for the marketing department to accurately measure marketing contributions to the company's growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
- Maintain a balance between long-term projects and day-to-day operational changes within a dynamic go-to-market environment.
- Serve as the primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integrations.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation concerning new and existing system architectures.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS setting.
- Proficient experience with HubSpot and Salesforce platforms is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous in scrutinizing data accuracy, field population, and maintenance.
- Available and willing to collaborate in team-oriented settings with diversely skilled professionals.
- Encouraged certification in HubSpot and/or SFDC is a definite plus.
