Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Consultant to assist in investor support and distribution strategies at Grayscale. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to driving sales growth, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to business expansion. This role involves understanding Grayscale's offerings, clientele, and the cryptocurrency landscape in detail.
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in Grayscale's investment products and maintain updated knowledge of digital currency markets.
- Collaborate with sales experts to execute sales initiatives and enhance client engagement and analytics.
- Address inquiries from potential and existing investors regarding Grayscale's products, such as private placements and ETFs.
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to improve sales strategies and Investor Relations.
- Support email communications to investors, monitor related performance metrics, and manage investor databases.
- Engage with investors at conferences and through occasional travel to present Grayscale's investment products.
- Create and deliver client presentations showcasing Grayscale's value proposition.
- Contribute to investor education programs on digital currencies.
Prior Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
- 4-8 years of experience in financial product sales, with a focus on developing investor messaging and value propositions.
- Customer-centric mindset with sound knowledge of global asset management and investment industry trends.
- Interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and related concepts.
- Effective communicator and educator, committed to delivering exceptional investor experiences.
- Team player with collaborative, adaptable, and can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for sales tracking.
- Passion for educating customers about financial products through sales channels.
- Series 7 & 66 licenses preferred.
