• High standards for visual clarity and interaction precision, knowing when to prioritize attention to detail and when to balance speed.
• Utilization of research and user feedback for decision-making processes, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to influence project outcomes.
• Clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions to foster alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in designing for crypto platforms (CEX, DEX, wallets, DeFi) or a strong foundation in trading, investing, or financial tool concepts.
• A proactive approach to work characterized by curiosity, ownership, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where outcomes are significant.

Requirements:

• Mastery of the entire product design process, from user research and conceptualization to creating high-fidelity prototypes and production assets.
• Advanced skills in Figma or equivalent design tools for creating, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across different devices.
• Proficiency in designing intricate interfaces for data-heavy workflows, translating technical concepts into user-friendly designs.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on user insights, analytics, and cross-team collaboration while preserving visual and interaction quality.
