Responsibilities:

• Leading comprehensive design processes for sophisticated digital products on web and mobile platforms, emphasizing intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Approaching product and user flows strategically, simplifying complex or technical concepts into scalable and seamless experiences.
• Upholding high standards of visual design and interaction details, knowing when to prioritize precision and when to expedite processes.
• Leveraging research and user insights to inform decisions, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to influence development priorities.
• Articulating the rationale behind design decisions effectively, fostering alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in designing for crypto platforms (CEX, DEX, wallets, DeFi) or showcasing a sound understanding of trading, investment, or financial tools.
• Demonstrating a proactive and inquisitive approach, taking ownership and thriving in dynamic environments where your contributions yield significant impact.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the entire product design lifecycle, from user research and ideation to creating high-fidelity prototyping and production assets.
• Advanced skills in Figma or similar tools used for design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices.
• Capable of designing intricate workflows with data-heavy content, translating technical concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and input from various teams while upholding design quality and interactivity standards.
• Detail-oriented with a well-developed sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility considerations.
