Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept creation and prototyping to user testing and final execution, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to develop superior user experiences across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our design system and brand identity.
• Uphold design and branding consistency in all product releases.
• Utilize user research and data insights to formulate effective product strategies that resonate with our customer base.
• Create marketing materials and collaborate with external design resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
• Strong design acumen with a track record of creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Proficient in Figma design tool.
• Demonstrated success in developing consumer-centric mobile and web applications.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your dedication and expertise in product design.
• A collaborative and responsible team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent professional background.

• Passion for trading.
• Salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $210,000 USD in New York City, adjusted based on experience and location. Reflecting transparency laws, our published salary bands do not encompass additional compensatory components such as performance-driven bonuses or equity incentives.
