Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer specializing in Consumer Services, your primary focus will be designing intuitive and delightful experiences for customers using the Ledger Live app. Your role is crucial in shaping the future of Ledger and impacting millions of users worldwide.

Working closely with executives, product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, you will collaborate to create seamless, high-performing interfaces and flows. Leveraging human insights, you will conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.

Your key responsibilities include designing high-performing flows, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver world-class user experiences, maintaining high design and product quality standards, and staying updated on industry trends. You will also collaborate with other designers to enhance user experiences for millions of users.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product design, preferably in the transaction, payment, or financial services sector, with a focus on using human insights.
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Figma, with a strong grasp of implementing design systems.
• Design Skills: Deep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and information architecture, with a focus on inclusive design and accessibility.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey complex design concepts to non-designers.
• Responsiveness: Ability to rapidly create concepts and prototypes, showcasing attention to detail when required.
• Team Player: Open-minded, strong team player who values collaboration and is eager to work with different stakeholders.
