Senior Product Designer, Web

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. In this role, you will focus on enhancing desktop experiences and marketing pages through a combination of intelligent layout choices and high-fidelity visual design. Your work will expand product experiences to reach new audiences and devices.

What You'll Do:

• Design landing pages

• Create page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

• Strategically position products and features within content and layout

• Contribute to the marketing design system involving typography, color, components, and graphics

• Develop product features for the web

• Design features tailored for the web version of the app, either adapting existing features for web context or creating new experiences

• Contribute to the web design system

• Produce visuals and animations

• Establish processes for creating graphics using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI

• Design product mockups showcasing app experiences

• Develop spot and hero graphics aligning with the brand

• Data and Analytics

• Establish measurable goals for website performance and individual page success

• Analyze current analytics through tools such as Mixpanel

• Collaborate with PMs and developers to determine tracking priorities and reasons

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Proficient in cryptocurrency and trading fundamentals
• 4+ years of experience as a product designer for digital products
• Demonstrated expertise in designing professional websites and their web identities
• Proficient in Figma, including components, variables, and styles
• Familiar with graphic creation tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AI
• Skilled in solving complex problems with a strong grasp of user-centered design and UX principles
• Familiarity with various research methodologies to apply as needed
• Capable of shaping product vision by leveraging data and experimentation
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and present to stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to build effective partnerships with product managers and engineers
