Role Overview:
Immutable focuses on supporting more successful game launches using cutting-edge monetization and growth tools. Currently, there is an opening for a Senior Product Manager to contribute to this imperative endeavor. This pivotal role involves transforming insights derived from data and customer research into efficient tools aiding studios in launching and expanding profitable games. Working closely with product, engineering, and commercial squads, the Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in identifying and addressing key challenges, deploying impactful features, and establishing a sustainable product-centric growth momentum for studios engaged with Immutable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and steer the roadmap for customer growth products crucial in optimizing how studios introduce, expand, and engage players.
- Collaborate with BD, Commercial, and Data teams to pinpoint pivotal customer segments, explore growth prospects, and align product decisions with the overarching GTM strategy.
- Harness data and customer feedback to pinpoint areas where studios confront obstacles in their lifecycle and translate these insights into tangible enhancements.
- Conduct exploratory sessions, user interviews, and collaborative workshops to acquire deep insights into studio workflows and uncover fresh avenues where Immutable can facilitate success.
- Devise and carry out experiments to validate hypotheses, gauge product performance, and iterate promptly based on empirical insights.
- Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure timely delivery of high-caliber SaaS features, establishing clarity on requirements, technical coherence, and a shared vision of success.
- Construct user-friendly frameworks and dashboards to monitor critical KPIs like studio conversion, activation rates, retention metrics, and partner satisfaction levels, leveraging these indicators to underpin the explicit impact of products and guide future roadmap enhancements.
- Function as the connecting link between technical and commercial entities, effectively communicating priorities, compromises, and progress in a lucid, organized manner to align all parties toward a unified goal.
Experience & Qualifications Preferred:
- Possess a track record of at least 4 years in product management, strategy, or growth functions, with previous exposure to SaaS, gaming, or analogous technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrate commendable prowess in developing and optimizing products from inception to implementation or through swift iteration cycles within fast-paced settings.
- Showcase adept technical acumen and an ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams, navigate architectural trade-offs, and make informed decisions concerning data structures, integrations, and APIs.
- Display a history of leveraging data to shape product directives, adept at structuring experiments, interpreting outcomes, and utilizing insights for continuous enhancements.
- Augment the team with a keen customer empathy, fostering a curiosity in understanding studio operations, decision-making processes, and benchmarks for success, transmuting qualitative feedback and quantitative analyses into substantive product strategies.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills and adept storytelling capabilities enabling you to influence and synchronize executives, engineers, designers, and commercial counterparts around a shared vision.
- Possess a structured yet imaginative approach toward problem-solving, harmonizing exploratory undertakings with delivery milestones while keeping a vigil on measurable results.
- Employ a discerning product taste and meticulousness favoring simplicity and lucidity, showcasing discernment on where to experiment and where to refine for enduring value propositions.

Bonus Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, AppsFlyer, or LaunchDarkly.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams employing technologies like AWS, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Understanding of the gaming or marketing technology landscape or prior involvement within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Curiosity regarding game player acquisition, retention, and monetization mechanisms across both Web2 and Web3 contexts.
