Responsibilities
- Develop the product roadmap for platform campaign initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement effective campaign features and tools.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to evaluate campaign impact, test hypotheses, and extract actionable insights for product enhancement.
- Advocate for quality engineering solutions and scalable design while considering localization requirements.
- Efficiently manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and impactful outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and user feedback to innovate and enhance promotional efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience in the internet or e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in promotions/campaigns/operations platform-related product management.
- Strong grasp of user experience principles and ability to apply UX design methodologies.
- Track record of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
- A knack for exploring new and innovative projects to foster product growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.
