Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through interviews and interactions to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, considering various tradeoffs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Act as a representative of the team in communication with cross-functional teams.
- Manage specific features within a product line.
Requirements
- Approach work with a data-informed perspective, while keeping the user experience at the forefront.
- Passionate about creating exceptional customer-facing products and user experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
- Strong leadership skills, including taking initiative and achieving results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in various investment asset classes is essential.
