Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Experience)

• Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to execution, making a significant impact by launching products/features globally. We work closely with various teams such as engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and more to deliver exceptional features and products.

About the role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role presents a unique opportunity for someone with a strategic vision to oversee an innovative platform that revolutionizes financial practices. You will drive the launch of products/features across our worldwide operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct the Exchange's Experience roadmap, emphasizing:
• Creating an exceptional user experience, specifically tailored for the advanced retail trader segment.
• Developing multi-channel capabilities, focusing primarily on enhancing the mobile app experience.
• Implementing data-driven decision-making processes by setting up event tracking for analytics.
• Enhancing dashboard views to provide actionable insights on product performance.
• Define features and outcomes for the Retail Product Suite by documenting detailed specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with feature teams to provide product direction, manage sprint cycles, and drive continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap backlog and ensure timely delivery of products/features.
• Collaborate with Business, Sales, Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams to drive successful product adoption.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry shifts.
• Represent the product domain in communications with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a preference for knowledge of Crypto trading/exchange platforms.
• Ability to work in a data-informed manner with a focus on user empathy.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products.
• Previous experience launching and refining successful software or financial products at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to connect with various teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for summarizing key information concisely.
• Familiarity with API usage and a willingness to learn new concepts.
• Preferably, a good understanding of technical concepts and their practical applications.
