Job Responsibilities
- Growth Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage the complete product roadmap for specific growth areas across web and mobile platforms.
- Hypothesis and Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives by formulating hypotheses, planning, executing experiments, and analyzing results to drive improvements in key growth metrics.
- Funnel Optimization: Gain in-depth insights into user journeys, optimizing them to boost conversion rates, reduce drop-off, and accelerate the transition of new users into active traders.
- Cross-Functional Strategy: Serve as a strategic liaison between Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to align business objectives with a targeted set of growth features and actions.
- Data-Driven Insight: Utilize advanced analytics and behavioral data to identify product opportunities, segment users effectively, and predict the impact of new growth strategies.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least **2 years in a Growth PM role focusing on consumer products at scale.
- Expert in Experimentation: Proven track record of leveraging A/B testing frameworks and quantitative methods to drive measurable improvements in key growth metrics.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in fintech, crypto, or exchange platforms, with a solid grasp of user lifecycle and monetization dynamics.
- Analytical Prowess: Proficient in SQL and advanced analytical tools, enabling independent data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation of complex behavioral data.
