Senior Product Manager, Institutional

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to become part of our Institutional team located in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulate and implement the trading platform roadmap in collaboration with business and technology teams.
• Collaborate closely with Institutional business divisions (Trading, Operations, Compliance) to suggest enhancements to existing features, prioritize these changes alongside other development initiatives, and assess their impact on company KPIs and user engagement.
• Establish and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful product launches.
• Generate detailed requirements for each product and feature development.
• Gather, maintain, and distribute project information consistently to stakeholders.
• Manage timelines and oversee multiple product roadmaps to ensure timely feature releases and minimize delays.
• Foster effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in trading platform technology (Order Management, Execution Management, and Middle Office operations).
• Knowledge of Digital Assets technology and regulations.
• Well-versed in the trading ecosystem from both business and technical standpoints, particularly involving Exchanges, Institutional Desks, and Custodians.
• Self-driven, curious, and proactive individual.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing timelines effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and leverage it for informed product decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating comprehensive feature requirement documents and collaborating with stakeholders and upper management.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on design and enhancing end-user experience.
• Proven track record of shipping out products in a technical environment and engaging with developers daily.
• Additional advantage: Knowledge or background in the digital currency or FinTech industry.
