Description

We are looking for an innovative Product Manager to spearhead and enhance our loyalty initiatives, crafting impactful, user-centric experiences with a global reach. As a Loyalty Product Manager, you will be tasked with defining and implementing a vision that enriches the value proposition for our users through rewards, benefits, and incentives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be pivotal in designing, building, and expanding loyalty solutions that not only fulfill business objectives but also captivate and gratify our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop and guide the strategic roadmap for our loyalty and rewards products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from conception to launch, in close cooperation with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Continuously collect user feedback and evaluate program performance to steer feature improvements and new product initiatives.
- Remain abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to guarantee our loyalty programs remain pioneering and provide substantial value to users.
- Manage and refine existing loyalty features while identifying fresh growth opportunities and enhancements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs.
- Demonstrated track record of launching and refining consumer-oriented products at scale.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to convert insights into actionable product strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills and aptitude for collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven capacity to strike a balance between customer requirements and business objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of crypto or fintech industries is beneficial but not mandatory; a keen interest in the future of digital finance in the context of loyalty is essential.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to innovate and enhance customer experiences.
