About the Team

Our Trading Product Group oversees the creation of all products featured on OKX's derivatives trading platform, encompassing spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, and trading options.

We are in search of a seasoned trading product manager to join our Trading Experience team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of a new product, steering its trajectory from concept to execution. This role involves formulating and implementing strategic product initiatives, fostering collaboration across diverse teams, and ensuring that our product seamlessly aligns with the needs of traders worldwide during the exploratory phase.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough user research to pinpoint pain points among retail traders during the pre-trade phase

• Analyze competitor offerings to identify avenues for product differentiation and competitive edge

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and UX researchers, to ensure the timely rollout of new features and enhancements

• Develop and execute product strategies for trading products, encompassing roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and effective go-to-market strategies

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to gauge the product's market readiness and user compatibility

• Significant travel required for client meetings to nurture long-lasting relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or trading tech
• Profound understanding of financial markets, data analytics, and trading systems
• Proficiency in agile product development methodologies
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on user-centric problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchanges

• Personal trading experience in FX, Stocks, or Crypto

• Proficiency in technical analysis through charting and indicators would be highly advantageous
