Job Summary

Our Product Management team is seeking Product Managers to drive product initiatives from concept to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial practices. As a Product Manager, you will lead the charge to launch impactful products and features on a global scale by collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap while aligning with strategic objectives
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, and oversee product shipping within set deadlines
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are met
• Prioritize projects effectively and navigate trade-offs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communications with cross-functional groups
• Manage specific product features within designated lines

Job Requirements

• Utilize data-informed decision-making with a user-centric approach
• Display a passion for crafting exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Demonstrate experience in successfully launching and refining software or financial products at scale
• Exhibit leadership skills, taking initiative, and delivering results
• Collaborate effectively with various teams including design, engineering, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferably have expertise in retail trading or gamification
• Demonstrate humility in approaching tasks and interacting with others
