Senior Product Manager, Subscriptions
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, making significant impacts by launching products and features worldwide. We collaborate closely with various cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products that meet market needs.
The Subscriptions team focuses on enhancing recurring revenue streams and increasing customer lifetime value by developing and implementing engaging membership models, benefits, and payment experiences within our product ecosystem.
We are seeking Product Managers who will lead product initiatives from concept to completion, offering a unique opportunity to architect and oversee a platform with industry-changing potential. As a Product Manager, you will drive the launch of products and features globally and work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other team members to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall strategy, financial performance, and success metrics for all subscription and membership offerings.
- Conduct and analyze A/B tests related to pricing, feature access, trial periods, and payment processes to enhance conversion and retention rates continually.
- Establish and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies while aligning with strategic objectives.
- Design, test, and introduce new tiered subscription models, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to drive enrollment and reduce churn.
- Analyze subscription performance data to identify growth opportunities and guide roadmap prioritization.
- Define features, document product specifications, conduct user studies, manage backlogs, and oversee the timely launch of products and features.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage subscription economics, including defining key performance indicators and assessing the impact of pricing and feature modifications.
- Strong technical knowledge of payment gateways, recurring billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora), and integration requirements.
- Data-informed approach to work with a focus on the user experience.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
- Track record of launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferred experience in the subscription economy, loyalty programs, or managing products with substantial recurring revenue components.
