Description

Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from inception to execution, driving impacts and launching products/features globally. We work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver outstanding features and products.

Our Subscriptions team concentrates on expanding recurring revenue streams and enhancing customer lifetime value through the creation and launch of compelling membership models, benefits, and payment experiences within our product ecosystem.

We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives from start to finish. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a strong vision to architect and oversee a platform that transforms the industry. You will have the chance to make a significant impact and introduce products/features on a global scale. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to deliver exceptional features and products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end strategy, P&L, and success metrics for all subscription and membership offerings.
  • Implement and assess A/B tests involving pricing, feature gating, trial periods, and payment flows to continuously enhance conversion and retention metrics.
  • Create and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies while considering strategic priorities.
  • Design, test, and launch new tiered subscription models, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to drive enrollment and reduce churn.
  • Analyze subscription performance data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize roadmap items.
  • Define features, craft product specifications, conduct user studies, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of products/features.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage subscription economics, including defining key metrics like LTV:CAC and gauging the impact of pricing and feature adjustments.
  • Deep technical understanding of payment gateways, recurring billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora), and integration needs.
  • Data-driven work approach with a user-focused perspective.
  • Genuine passion for developing engaging customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Previous experience in launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with different teams such as designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; prior experience in the subscription economy or managing products with substantial recurring revenue is a plus.
