(Senior)Product Manager, Trading

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving the development and launch of our products and features worldwide. We work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other team members to deliver exceptional products.

We are seeking Product Managers who will take charge of end-to-end product initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to architect and oversee the development of a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial transactions. You will drive impact and successfully launch products and features globally, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for the team, aligning it with strategic priorities
• Define product features, write specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, collaborate with QA to create test plans, manage backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers through interviews and interactions to deeply understand their needs and ensure they are met
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, considering various tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in cross-functional communication
• Manage specific features within a product line

Requirements

• A data-driven approach with a strong understanding of user needs
• Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Experience in delivering and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification is preferred
• Humility and willingness to work well with others
