Job Overview:

This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a team responsible for designing a cutting-edge Crypto trading system encompassing Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models. Our platform accommodates daily trading volumes exceeding ten billion USD for retail and institutional clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing crypto assets trading products for spot and derivatives, managing orders, conducting margin checks, and operating the matching engine.
• Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Local Market teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met and designing robust infrastructure for regulated markets.
• Conducting in-depth research on industry trends, customers, and competition to identify innovations for maintaining leadership in the trading industry.
• Developing a comprehensive data monitoring system to monitor trading systems and industry trends effectively.
• Creating short and medium-term product iteration plans based on product life cycles, competitive environment, and available resources.
• Monitoring project progress and coordinating with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, physics, or computer science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building complex backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork, communication abilities, and resource coordination across departments.
• Passion for trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and open to customer feedback from a product perspective.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Trading experience in institutional settings.
• Proficiency in quantitative research using various mathematical tools.
