(Senior)Product Manager, Trading [Relocation to HK/SG]

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives throughout the entire development process, from concept to launch. Collaborating closely with various teams including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, we aim to deliver innovative features and products on a global scale.

We are seeking Product Managers who will lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a forward-thinking mindset to shape and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial transactions. You will drive product launches and make a significant impact across diverse markets. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional products and features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
• Define features, write product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product delivery
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development
• Prioritize initiatives and projects while considering tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communications with cross-functional groups
• Manage specific features within a product line

Job Requirements:

• Ability to make data-informed decisions while prioritizing user needs
• Passion for creating outstanding customer-centric products and experiences
• Experience in successfully launching and refining software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, proactiveness, and results-driven attitude
• Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification
