Senior QA Engineer - AI/LLM

Responsibilities:

• Administer quality assurance for AI / LLM applications
• Create and implement comprehensive testing strategies for LLM-driven consumer products, encompassing functionality, data, and model behavior
• Validate the accuracy, consistency, stability, and security of LLM outputs
• Perform regression testing and risk evaluations for model updates, rapid iterations, and data modifications
• Develop and deploy automated testing tools and quality assurance processes to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
• Integrate AI technologies, like LLM, to bolster test design, defect analysis, and test case generation capabilities

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in software QA engineering
• Proficient in full-cycle testing with expertise in test planning and both manual and automation testing execution
• Strong command of Java programming language, with a background in automation or QA tools development
• Sound knowledge of AI applications and LLM prompt engineering techniques; experience in LLM development or evaluation is advantageous
• Demonstrate self-motivation, ownership mindset, and stellar deliverables
• Exhibit an eagerness to learn and stay curious about AI and emerging LLM technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
