Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed test plans and test scenarios for backend services and distributed systems.
- Conduct white-box testing by analyzing system architecture, source code, and design documentation.
- Create and manage automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Perform API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Validate systems based on microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating closely with developers for prompt resolution.
- Take part in system design reviews to offer feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
- Ensure the stability of systems across middleware components like caching systems, messaging systems, and databases.
- Enhance testing processes, tools, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on backend testing.
- Proficiency in Java with the ability to comprehend complex backend code.
- Extensive knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud architecture.
- Hands-on experience with middleware and infrastructure components such as Redis, Kafka, and AWS RDS (relational databases).
- Strong background in white-box testing, including code-level validation and unit test review.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and RestAssured.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
